The founder has professional experience across a wide range of laboratory disciplines, including phlebotomy, hematology, clinical biochemistry, microbiology, parasitology, immunology, serology, histopathology, cytology, molecular biology, virology, tuberculosis diagnostics, and leprosy laboratory services.
In addition to laboratory diagnostic work, professional activities have included teaching, field research, laboratory training, and laboratory capacity-building activities, contributing to the development of laboratory knowledge and skills.
Institutional and Field Experience
MeroLab’s professional perspective is further supported by experience in a variety of healthcare, laboratory, research, and public health settings, including international children’s hospitals, community-based hospitals, reference and specialized laboratories, cancer-care settings, Kathmandu Model Hospital, PHECT Nepal, remote-area hospitals, provincial public health laboratories, the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL), and health-related programs supported by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
